Gerald "Ganimal" Lamina is a young American electronic music artist known for his innovative soundscapes and energetic performances. Born and raised in the bustling urban environment outside New York City, Ganimal was deeply influenced by the diverse cultural tapestry and the electrifying nightlife that the city offered. From an early age, he was captivated by music, often finding inspiration in the eclectic beats that surrounded him.

Feeling a desire to expand his artistic horizons, Ganimal ventured abroad to Spain, where he immersed himself in the rich musical traditions and contemporary electronic scenes of various places across Europe. This experience not only broadened his musical palette, but also ignited a passion for working in the industry.

After exploring the colorful music scene in Europe, Ganimal moved to Austin, TX, where he began his career by curating events in the nightlife circuit. His keen eye for talent and an innate ability to create unique experiences quickly established him as a pivotal figure in the local electronic music community. Through these events, Ganimal honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of live performance and audience engagement.

With a growing repertoire of original tracks and remixes, Ganimal transitioned from event curation to music production, quickly gaining recognition for his dynamic DJ sets.
